1. Commonly used washing methods

General washing: the water temperature is around 60~90 °C and adding a certain detergent for 15 minutes;

Enzyme washing: Enzyme is a cellulase that degrades the fiber structure at a certain pH and temperature, so that the cloth surface can be gently faded, fading (produces “peach skin” fruit) and Long lasting softening effect;

Stone mill: that is, adding a certain amount of pumice stone in the washing water to make the pumice stone and the clothes are polished. After washing, the cloth surface is gray and old, and the clothes are slightly to severely damaged. Commonly used for washing yellowstone, white stone, AAA stone, artificial stone, rubber ball, etc.;

Sand washing: use some alkaline and oxidizing auxiliaries to make the clothes have a certain fading effect and old feeling after washing. If it is equipped with stone grinding, the surface of the cloth will have a soft frosty white fluff, and then add some softener. , the fabric after washing can be soft and soft, thereby improving the wearing comfort;

Rinsing: Rinsing can be divided into oxygen bleaching and chlorine bleaching. Oxygen bleaching utilizes the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide at a certain pH and temperature to destroy the dye structure, thereby achieving the purpose of fading and whitening; chlorine bleaching utilizes the oxidation of sodium hypochlorite to destroy the dye structure, thereby achieving the purpose of fading;

Horse wash: commonly used potassium permanganate plus oxalic acid to achieve the purpose of fading.

2. Washing damage to the zipper

Due to the washing, the surface of the slider or the element is ground by the wall of the inner wall of the washing machine, causing the coating or the coating to wear, thereby causing the paint to fall off or the base of the copper;

When the water is washed, the slider falls into the inner hole of the washing machine, and when the water is washed, the pull piece is broken, twisted, and the cap is peeled off;

Damage to the components such as squares, pins, and links due to the unclosed zipper during washing;

When washing, the zipper should be closed, the pull tab should be fixed, and the slider and the chain element should be wrapped and protected;

In particular, special care should be taken when doing stonewashing or black resin zipper. It is necessary to pre-sample the water washing test and chemical reaction of the zipper during washing.

Water washing causes a chemical reaction of the aluminum fastener elements, and the fastener elements become smaller, thereby causing breakage or chain element peeling;

After washing and not drying in time, the dye or residual chemicals in the fabric undergo redox reaction with metal parts, causing discoloration of fabric or metal zipper parts.
